Facilities

Redford Village Hall can accommodate up to 90 seated and 120 standing. There are 11 long tables which can seat 6-8, and 5 square tables which can seat 4. If you are having a large number of seated guests we will be happy to advice on table layout.

The hall has recently gone through a phase of almost total refurbishment including a smart new porch, new roof, cladding, insulation, windows and doors.

The brand new, fully fitted kitchen includes 2 fridges, electric hob, double oven, microwave and a dishwasher. It is well stocked with enough glass, china and crockery to cater for up to 90 people.

New blinds/curtains have yet to be sourced, but already, with the new double glazed windows and powerful convection heaters, the hall is nice and cosy, even in the coldest weather. To top it all, it has smart carpet flooring. Due to the number of windows it is a very light hall

The double doors on the side have a ramp allowing wheelchair access. We have yet to install a disabled loo, but we are looking into it to see if there is any way we can accommodate one. Currently there are 2 unisex loos, but we have the signs for the doors if you would prefer single sex.

Across a small private drive lies the village green, both owned by the national trust. The drive is only used by one property above the hall so has very little traffic. The green provides a fabulous recreational space in good weather.
